Directions for use:

• Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface when using.
• Place knife on the slot. Using slight downward pressure with 20° runs the blade from its heel to its point through the slot (follow direction of the indicator arrow). Repeat three to five times. Reuse every six months or as required.
• After using the knife sharpener, wipe the knife blade carefully with a damp cloth or rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush.

Reminders for safe and proper usage:

• To avoid damaging the knife, please sharpen the knife slightly.
• This sharpener is not recommended to be used with high quality knives.
