Delivery of Online Purchases

  1. Our commitment
    1. We deliver to your home or office via the services of our third-party delivery contractor excluding conditions and instances inclusive and not limited to certain rural areas and islands or any other terms that may apply under the policies, restrictions, limitations and jurisdiction of our third-party delivery contractor.
    2. We will contact you prior to the delivery of your Order to confirm your details and provide you an estimated delivery time.
    3. All Orders will require a preparation time of one (1) to (2) working days excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
    4. Upon collection by our third-party delivery contractor, we will contact you to inform you of its successful collection and the references relevant to the tracking of your Order.
    5. Delivery time will be as predetermined or as determined based on situational basis by our third-party delivery contractor. The estimated delivery time will be notified to you.
  2. Delivery
    1. Courier service is handled by our appointed third-party delivery contractors.
    2. Due to logistical limitations concerning air freight, the maximum weight per order is capped at 35 kg. Should you wish to make any such Order that exceeds the weight limit, kindly contact Customer Care for further instructions.
    3. This service strictly requires a signature and details of the receiver upon delivery.
    4. Delivery fees are subjected to the parcel’s dimensions, weight, and the delivery location.
    5. Multiple items, where possible, can be fit into one box. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated upon checkout and displayed as a line item in your purchase total.
    6. Registered users of the Website can track the progress of your orders via the Orders tab under My Account.
    7. We are unable to deliver on Sundays, Public Holidays, or at specific times.
    8. Delivery fees are not inclusive of any additional costs pertaining to installations or any other third-party fees.
    9. Delivery fees will not be refunded for any Orders returned.
    10. Where applicable, there shall or may be additional delivery charges by the third-party delivery contractor for buildings without lifts or if your products cannot fit in the lift and the third-party delivery contractor has to use the stairs.
    11. Where applicable, our third-party delivery contractor shall or may only cover addresses within a distance as specified by their own terms and limitations from the unloading point. Where applicable and where requested by the third-party delivery contractor, a certain surcharge shall or may be collected for addresses outside this scope.
    12. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply.
    13. We are unable to deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
    14. All items delivered and received are deemed to as have been received in good condition unless indicated otherwise during the point of when delivery is taken or within the seven (7) days submission for claim period. Please read the Refunds & Exchanges Policy for more information regarding returns, refunds and exchanges.
    15. If you are unable to personally take delivery of your items or if you haven’t received them within a reasonable period, do contact us for further instructions.
  3. Receipt of damaged or faulty goods
    1. If your Order arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may have:
      1. Rights for a refund or exchange under these Terms and Conditions.
      2. To have the goods repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price paid by you for the goods.
      3. Outcome for any negotiations in regard to this clause is subjected to the evaluation and investigation results of the Company.
    2. If your Order arrives damaged, you are required to contact us and have the item shipped back to us within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt.
  4. Force Majeure
    1. The Company will not be liable for any delay in performing any of their obligations if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to failure of or interruption in the provision of essential services such as electricity supply, bank payment systems or postal deliveries.
  5. General
    1. This document represents the entire agreement between the Company and the User and no other oral or written representation is valid.
    2. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time without notice and your access to the Website may be terminated at any time without notice.
    3. By continuing to use the Website, its services, purchasing products from the Company or by your continued engagement with the Company following the change or revision to this document and the Terms and Conditions, you will be treated to as having agreed to and accepted those amendments.
    4. If you do not agree to this document or any of its amendments, we may not be able to render all services to you and you may be required to terminate your relevant agreement with us and/or stop accessing or using our Website.
    5. Where your access to this Website is terminated, all disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms and Conditions will survive.
    6. Reference to the Website includes the whole part or any portion of the web pages located on this webpage.
    7. In the event of any inconsistency between the English text and text in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
